Reserving Your Stay

To confirm your reservation with us, a deposit equal to the cost of one night’s stay is required. This ensures your accommodation is secured for your desired dates.

Steps to Complete Your Reservation:

  1. Initial Deposit: Upon choosing your stay dates, you’ll be prompted to make a deposit for one night. This can be done through our secure online payment system, which accepts various forms of payment for your convenience.
  2. Online Intake Form: After you pay your deposit, please proceed to the next page to fill out a detailed intake form. This is a crucial step where you will provide us with information ensuring that everything is tailored to your comfort and needs.
  3. Final Payment: Once we have all the necessary details, we will send you a payment link for the remainder of your stay. This link directs you to our secure payment portal where you can complete the transaction safely and effortlessly.

Reservation and Payment Process:

  • Full payment is required to secure your reservation, allowing us to pre-reserve round-the-clock staff, your suite, and all necessary supplies for your stay.
  • To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, we’ve outlined our cancellation and payment policies below. Your completion of booking and payment signifies acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Notification Requirements: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@sanupostpartum.com.
  • Fees Applicable to All Cancellations: Regardless of the reason, all cancellations are subject to a 3% processing charge.
  • Medical Emergencies and Loss of Life: In the unfortunate event of health-related issues, miscarriage, or loss of life: Guests are eligible for a refund minus the 3% processing charge.
  • During Stay: Unused nights will be refunded, but the $259 administrative fee and a 3% processing charge.
  • NICU Mothers: For mothers with infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, special accommodations are available, including rest, emotional counseling, and lactation consultation. We encourage NICU mothers to stay at Sanu for comprehensive support.
  • Standard Cancellations: Over Two Weeks Before Check-In: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in will receive a refund minus the $259 administrative fee and 3% processing charge.
  • Within 14 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund, and the $259 administrative fee and 3% processing charge.
  • No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive without prior notification will be charged for the full duration of their reservation.
  • Adjustments to Your Stay: Pre-Arrival Adjustments: Changes to the duration of your stay are allowed before arrival. Extensions are subject to room availability.
  • Post-Check-In Alterations: After check-in, shortened stays are not eligible for refunds except in cases of medical emergencies requiring readmittance or significant reasons approved by management.
  • Holiday Surcharge: To honor the dedication of our caregivers during major holidays, a $336 holiday surcharge may be applied for care provided on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. This surcharge is added to your end-of-stay bill and is given directly to the caregivers who ensure uninterrupted support during these special occasions. We appreciate your understanding and support as we aim to provide compassionate, uninterrupted care.
  • Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of severe inclement weather, an additional $205 per day surcharge may be assessed to maintain uninterrupted service. We will make every effort to discuss options with you in advance to help avoid this charge if severe weather is anticipated. This policy ensures we can continue to prioritize your care while addressing the challenges of extreme weather. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
