Our King Studio offers a generous 350 square feet of space, complete with a well-equipped kitchenette that includes a microwave and refrigerator. The studio is furnished with a comfortable ergonomic workstation and features an elegant bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Guests can enjoy the luxury of Frette linens and towels, high-end bath products, and the supreme comfort of a top-quality Serta pillow top mattress.
Reserving Your Stay
To confirm your reservation with us, a deposit equal to the cost of one night’s stay is required. This ensures your accommodation is secured for your desired dates.
Steps to Complete Your Reservation:
- Initial Deposit: Upon choosing your stay dates, you’ll be prompted to make a deposit for one night. This can be done through our secure online payment system, which accepts various forms of payment for your convenience.
- Online Intake Form: After you pay your deposit, please proceed to the next page to fill out a detailed intake form. This is a crucial step where you will provide us with information ensuring that everything is tailored to your comfort and needs.
- Final Payment: Once we have all the necessary details, we will send you a payment link for the remainder of your stay. This link directs you to our secure payment portal where you can complete the transaction safely and effortlessly.
Cancellation Policy:
- Medical Emergencies and Loss of Life: In instances of health-related issues or loss of life (miscarriages and loss of life), guests are eligible for a complete refund prior to their stay or a complete refund of unused nights during a stay.
- Accommodations for NICU Mothers: Tailored arrangements are available for mothers with infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We encourage NICU mothers to consider staying at Sanu for comprehensive support, including rest, emotional counseling, and lactation consultation.
- Cancellation Over Two Weeks in Advance: For cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in, guests are entitled to a refund, subject to a $150 processing charge.
- Cancellation Within Two Weeks of Check-In: Guests canceling less than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours in Advance: Guests canceling within 48 hours of their stay will incur charges for the full duration of their reservation.
- No-Show Policy: Guests failing to arrive without prior notification will incur charges for the full duration of their reservation.
- All cancellations must be received in writing to hello@sanupostpartum.com.
Policy for Shortening Stays:
- Pre-Arrival Adjustments: Adjustments to the duration of stay are permissible prior to arrival. Adjustments lengthening a stay will be subject to room availability.
- Post-Check-In Alterations: After check-in, shortened stays are not subject to refund except in cases of medical emergencies or other significant reasons approved by management.
Reservation and Payment Process:
- Initial Booking: To reserve a stay, please complete the booking questionnaire via the “Book Now” button on our website. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required.
- Balance Payment: A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent via email once all relevant details regarding your stay are confirmed. Payment of remainder of invoice for your stay is due after determination of eligibility.
